Please note, the mystudentaccount Web Portal is a separate system to the Terrace Parent Portal

Important Information

To activate the mystudentaccount, a six-digit student number, the number which appears on student’s 2012 ID cards, is required.

If your son does not yet have his ID card, place an 0 in front of the family number which is identified on the portal and your Fee Statement plus the number of your son/student at the end.

For instance: If the family number on the portal is 9475, for the first student it would be 94751 with a zero at the front 094751. For the second student the number would be 094752, etc.

The mystudentaccount allows students to use the school’s existing ID card as a debit card to make purchases within the school. Through the mystudentaccount website, parents can view purchases, set spending limits and dietary and allergy alerts, ban items for purchase and top up the balance on the student account.
